Insurance ID Cards

All members of a UMR medical plan will be receiving new insurance cards with updated TrueScripts pharmacy billing information. It is important that you present this new card to your pharmacy when filling prescriptions on or after 1/1/2025, this includes refills.

Remember, these new benefit cards will arrive in discrete unmarked envelopes. Please make sure you are carefully sorting through your mail over the next few weeks, so your benefit cards do not accidentally end up in the trash.

New Benefit App in 2025: HealthJoy

On January 1st we will be introducing an easy new way for you to use your employee benefits! We are providing you and your dependents with unlimited access to HealthJoy, a mobile app that gives you healthcare guidance and support. The HealthJoy benefits wallet makes it easy to access all your employee benefit cards straight from the app. HealthJoy also offers an expert healthcare concierge, virtual provider search and appointment booking, RX Savings and more! Download the HealthJoy app at www.healthjoy.com/download to activate your account when it goes live on January 1 st.

Flexible Spending Accounts

If you are enrolled in a flexible spending account (FSA) in 2024, do not throw away your FSA debit card, even if you’ve used all the funds in your account. These cards are valid for three (3) years and will be reloaded with 2025 funds (if elected) for use beginning January 1, 2025. Our flexible spending administrator, PBA, automatically sends out new cards approximately 30 days before the card’s expiration date. If your card is set to expire by year-end, keep a look out for your new card to arrive. If you have misplaced your FSA debit card, you may request a new one by contacting PBA at FSA@pbaclaims.com. Remember that flexible spending plans are “use it or lose it”. This means that FSA funds can only be used to pay for eligible expenses incurred in 2024. Unused funds as of December 31, 2024, will not roll to next year; they are forfeited back to the plan. If you have 2024 FSA-eligible expenses that were paid for out-of-pocket, you have until March 31, 2025, to submit a claim for reimbursement.

Shanna describes herself as a hard-working individual who believes in the power of good values and strong character. She loves to laugh, embrace life’s changes, and encourages everyone around her to strive to be the best version of themselves—because, as she says, “the sky is the limit.”

With 23 years of logistics and manufacturing experience, Shanna has brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Before joining Stratosphere Quality, she served as a Site EHS Manager for Amazon in Fort Wayne. Her journey to Stratosphere began on Indeed, where she discovered the opportunity to take on a management role that aligned perfectly with her passion for teamwork and growth.

“Stratosphere Quality has given me flexibility by allowing me to work at different locations and meet new people. When asked for advice to share with new Quality Inspectors, Shanna encourages them to “be open to learning and always ask questions.”
