Zander Morrison, Project Supervisor, Detroit Production

This month, we’re excited highlight a dedicated and hardworking member of our crew who continually strives for excellence – Zander Morrison! Recognized for his dedication to delivering high quality results, Zander embodies the values that drive success at Stratosphere Quality.

Zander describes himself as a disciplined individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. Outside of work, he is enthusiastic about boxing, which helps him stay disciplined and focused while also providing a healthy outlet for stress. Family is likewise a key source of support and motivation for him, as he enjoys spending time with his loved ones. Maintaining a healthy work-life balance plays an essential role in his achievement.

Beginning at age 14, Zander worked at a distribution center.  Over the years, he took on more responsibility, including operating forklifts, managing stock, and selecting client orders. These skills supplied him with a strong foundation in logistics and warehouse management, which he uses daily in his position of Project Supervisor at Stratosphere.

Zander was introduced to SQ by a former colleague who shared great insights about the organization. Zander is dedicated to Stratosphere because of the company’s innovative business model, which he finds both clever and effective. Additionally, he appreciates the effect his team has had on the success of the customer and enjoys the feeling of contributing to a bigger purpose. Due to this, Zander feels inspired to grow alongside the company.

Zander’s advice to incoming Quality Inspectors is to stay focused and ask a lot of questions. Attention to detail and communicating clearly with your team is key to having success in this position. Zander encourages those who are new to the industry to remain communicative with their team and never stop striving to improve.
