Employee Spotlight: Edward Joy

Introducing Edward Joy, a Quality Inspector out of Indiana. Edward truly enjoys his job with Stratosphere Quality and brings a wealth of experience and commitment to the company that’s hard to find. With a background in construction spanning over three decades, Edward knows the value of dedication and hard work.

Edward’s job goes beyond inspecting parts. He fosters a positive work environment by prioritizing safety and respect.
Off the clock, Edward tends to his farm, where he raises cattle and shares the bounty with others. He believes in spreading goodwill and sharing what he has. It’s this generosity of spirit that echoes in his approach to work and life.

Having started with Stratosphere Quality through a staffing agency, Edward has found a sense of respect and belonging that keeps him committed to his work. For him, the key to success lies in prioritizing quality over quantity and ensuring mutual respect among colleagues.

Edward emphasizes the importance of starting slow, focusing on quality, and developing a rhythm when helping new team members on the job. If Edward had a magic wand, he’d use it to foster respect and understanding amongst us all.
