July’s employee spotlight is Beth Craigo, Project Supervisor in Mississippi.

Prior to coming to Stratosphere Quality Beth worked as a cashier and was later promoted into a sales
position. She “dabbled” in the manufacturing industry but it wasn’t right for her at the time. She moved
on to a position as a Loan Officer but found she wasn’t cut out for an office job. She didn’t like sitting all
day.

Beth searched the Facebook employment tab and saw a job posting for Quality Inspector at
Stratosphere. She applied, got the job, and said it has been life-changing.

Beth began working for Stratosphere as a Quality Inspector in November 2020. She was promoted to
Team Leader in July 2021. She continued to work hard and show her dedication to Stratosphere and
was promoted to Project Supervisor in October 2021.

Beth likes the diversity of the job at Stratosphere. She enjoys learning and meeting new customers. She
is excited for the opportunity to continue growing her career at Stratosphere.

Beth prefers working in a positive work environment. She likes to foster team members to adapt to
their surroundings while meeting the Stratosphere standards.

Beth’s advice to new employees is to maintain good work habits. Creating good work habits will help
them succeed and grow.

What should you know about Beth?

Beth was a single mom of three wonderful children until she met her husband 11 years ago. She loves
to travel, especially to the beach. If Stratosphere begins a project near the MS Gulf Coast, Beth says she
would be the first to volunteer. She loves animals and being outdoors. She has volunteered with Park
Beautifications to clean up local parks. She has grown up with and lives by the Golden Rule; do unto
others as you would have them do unto you.

If Beth could make the world better, she would find a way to fix the pollution problem. She loves our
Earth and doesn’t like the negative effect pollution has on the beauty of our world.
